outstanding dedication to the Scouting program.

The award is known in the BSA as a Community Organization Award and consists of a
Masonic medallion suspended on a neck ribbon, to be worn at Masonic and Scouting
functions. A certificate is presented and a square knot (gold on purple) for
formal wear, is sewn onto the Scouter's uniform.
